Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies results. We do not save a separate copy of those queries on our servers. A message sent to us includes only what its sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer the request.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting service records ordinary server-log details such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated logs help maintain the service and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Pacifica, San Mateo County, California, court, library, and third-party services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that service's privacy terms. The same is true for sponsored results supplied through a third-party search provider.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic technical data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. No user-account password or profile is stored because the resource has no account system.

A request to us can cover our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit it. Records held by Pacifica, San Mateo County, California agencies, or courts remain under the control of their custodians. The California Privacy Protection Agency also operates the Data Broker Registry and DROP for deletion requests to registered data brokers.
